Senior FEA Mechanical Engineer
Cape Town
Mechanical Engineer required with a proven ability and passion for Finite Element analysis and Modelling needed. International Company
Qualification and experience required:
- B. Eng. (Mechanical) or equivalent
- 8+ years experience working in a mechanical design engineering position
- 3D CAD experience with Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Minimum 3 years of working experience with Mechanical Structural Simulations
- Attention to detail is critical in this position
- Experience with Linear Static, Modal, Fatigue, Buckling and Dynamic analyses domains.
- Utilise Computer Aided Engineering software tools.
- Verify new and existing designs/products.
- Conduct analysis on a multitude of products for multiple clients.
- Create Structural Finite Element Models.
