Purpose of Position:
Complement Recruitment are recruiting for an experienced Senior Financial Officer to join the team for a permanent position based in Johannesburg, Gauteng. Reporting directly to the Group Financial , you will play a critical part in enhancing financial operational efficiency and providing key insights to shape the companys strategic direction. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in financial management, leadership, and business intelligence to drive financial excellence and sustainable growth.

Duties:

• Manage financial operations, including cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support long term growth.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to the Directors and Executives.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis to support decision-making.
• Oversee financial performance analysis and drive cost management initiatives.
• Identify financial risks and develop mitigating strategies.

• Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
• Manage performance of the team and promote employee engagement.
