Senior Financial Manager sought to join Real Estate Service company.Our client is an international property services company. With their National Head office in Johannesburg, they have additional offices in Cape Town and Durban. As a blue-chip organization they have built an outstanding reputation in integrated facilities management. They pride themselves on their ability to ensure that the properties of their clients are managed efficiently and effectively.
A role of this nature will see you overseeing financial operations, reporting on financial performance to Board of Directors, ensuring that group of companies are compliant, managing, and co-ordinating audits and preparing financial forecasts. Additionally, you will be tasked with developing and implementing tax strategies, ensuring accurate filing of tax returns and payments as well as keeping up to date with all tax laws and regulations that impact the Group of companies.
To be considered for this role you will need:
- A tertiary qualification in Finance/Accounting
- Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting
- Extensive knowledge of tax laws and principles
- A Minimum of years oof experience in a Financial Management role
- CIMA/CA (SA) / SAIPA accredited
- Strong computer literacy
- High level of Commercial acumen
