Understanding business strategy and project support.
Management and administration of IT and Financeprojects
Project management for complex and concurrent projects.
Use of project management methodologies like AGILE and Waterfall.
Effective use of project management tools and systems.
Effective project budgeting and tracking.
Change management and control.
Project governance and quality standards.
Performance management and coaching.
Team leadership and meeting facilitation.
Matric/ Grade 12
Tertiary Qualification /Recognised Project Management accreditation/qualification
Must be a Qualified CA (SA)
Min 8 years of IT Project Management experience gained within Financial Services
Experience in the mainframe Modernisation program
Between 7 - 10 Years
