We are recruiting experienced Finance Professionals for a range of client opportunities across South Africa. This consolidated role is designed to attract strong candidates from multiple finance disciplines, including Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, FP&A, Commercial Finance, and Financial Control.

Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities may vary depending on role focus and organisational requirements, and may include:

• Preparation and review of monthly management accounts
• Budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
• Financial analysis, variance reporting, and performance insights
• Oversight of general ledger, balance sheet reconciliations, and month-end close
• Supporting commercial and strategic decision-making
• Ensuring compliance with IFRS and internal financial controls
• Liaising with auditors, tax consultants, and external stakeholders
• Improving financial systems, reporting accuracy, and processes
• Coaching, mentoring, or managing junior finance staff

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• CA(SA), CIMA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent qualification preferred
• 5-10+ years' experience in progressively responsible finance roles
• Strong understanding of IFRS and South African financial regulations
• Experience with management reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
• Advanced Excel skills; ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, Sage, NetSuite, etc.)
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder engagement ability
• Leadership potential and readiness for senior responsibility
