As the Senior Finance Manager, you'll oversee accounting, reporting, and financial management while acting as a trusted advisor to business leaders.
This role offers the ideal platform to combine hands-on financial leadership with strategic influence, helping to shape the growth and sustainability of the group's client base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end accounting, reporting, and financial management for a portfolio of entities.
- Prepare and review monthly management accounts, financial statements, and cash flow forecasts.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis processes.
- Maintain strong internal controls and efficient financial systems.
- Provide FD-level financial guidance and insight to clients.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team.
- Ensure full compliance with IFRS, tax legislation, and governance standards.
- Liaise with auditors, tax practitioners, and external stakeholders.
- Qualified CA(SA) - essential.
- Minimum 5+ years' post-articles experience, with proven leadership and reporting
- Strong technical accounting knowledge and commercial acumen.
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.
