Job Summary
? Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Financial Reporting: Develop accurate, compliant financial reports aligned to business goals.
- Financial Leadership: Oversee finance operations, manage working capital, and ensure sound governance and audit readiness.
- Payroll Oversight: Manage payroll processing, reconciliations, tax submissions, and third-party payroll relationships.
- Forecasting & Budgeting: Lead annual budgets, forecasts, and financial planning initiatives.
- Board Support: Prepare reports and packs for board, audit, risk, and investment committee meetings.
- CA(SA) with 7+ years in a senior financial management role.
- Proven expertise in financial strategy, forecasting, and risk management.
- Solid experience in managing cash flow, working capital, and performance improvement.
- Strong knowledge of tax, compliance, and governance.
- Systems exposure: SAP, Microsoft Office Suite, and preferably Finnivo.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent financial modelling, analysis, and reporting skills.
- Clear, confident communication with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to driving results.
- A passion for continuous improvement, process efficiency, and business growth.
