Our client has an opportunity available for a Senior Finance Manager based in Fourways.

Requirements:

Com Honours with articles.
CA (SA), CPA or ACCA plus relevant reporting experience.
10+ years' experience in a financial management role with 3+ years reporting experience.
5+ years' experience in people management.
Previous operational finance experience would be advantageous.

Responsibilities:

Manage operational functions of finance.
Provide relevant and reliable financial information to the Agriculture, Supply chain and Manufacturing senior management teams.
Manage the financial aspects of the business to ensure the accuracy of information.
Ensure effective people management across the following functional areas:

Financial Reporting
Tax
Financial Planning and Analysis
Governance, Risk and Compliance
Manage effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
Responsible for the full budget and forecasting process.
Manage the external and internal audit process.
Manage financial year ends and liaise with all country auditors to ensure the process is complete and all audit matters are resolved.
Ensure effective Tax management for the Agriculture, Supply Chain and Manufacturing operations in RSA and abroad.
Draft technical papers for finance, accounting, treasury and tax matters affecting the Agriculture, Supply Chain and Manufacturing Business Units.
