We're partnering with a leading financial services group to find a high-calibre Senior Finance Manager to join their growing division based in Cape Town.

- Engage directly with senior management, group finance, actuaries, and external auditors
- Lead and mentor a finance team of 5
- Qualified CA(SA) with 5+ years PQE
- Exposure to insurance or reinsurance environments
- Hands-on technical strength in IFRS, consolidations, and controls
- Comfortable operating with limited guidance, a self-starter who thrives in complexity
- Strong interpersonal and business writing skills
