Job SummaryOur client is currently seeking a highly experienced Senior Finance Manager to join their team. As a Senior Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations and strategies of our organization. • Manage the financial operations of the company, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.

• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Manage cash flow, budgets, and financial risks.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.
• Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize financial processes and drive business growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA or relevant professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in financial management, preferably in a managerial role.
• In-depth knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting.
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and reporting standards.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Effective communication and presentation abilities.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and MS Office suite.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
