Senior Finance and Operations Consultant
Job Type:Temporary, up to 6 months
Location: Cape Town
Responsibilities
- Conduct financial assessment and develop sustainable financial plan
- Assess and improve financial systems and processes
- Develop roadmap for implementing best practices in financial policies
- Provide training and support to staff
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in finance, HR, or operations
- Proven track record of implementing efficiency programs
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with University financial systems (though not explicitly required in this case)
- Prior experience working in a similar environment
