Senior Field Services Engineer
Job Description
Min requirements:
Relevant IT qualification
Microsoft 365 certified
4 years experience within similar role
A+, N+ & MCSE/MCSA/MTA
Valid drivers license with own car
Advantageous:
Experience with VMware, Linux and Mimecast will be advantageous
Previous experience in managing a team will be advantageous
Key responsibilities:
Configure, install, and maintain networking and computer infrastructures
Monitor systems and network
General AD configuration and management
Install and configure operating systems and application software on servers/desktops/ laptops.
Install and configure wired, wireless and fibre networks
Implement best practice systems for security and data backups
Troubleshoot and resolve all technical issues
Partake in regular training opportunities on new technologies and IT support methodologies
