Job Description
Overview:
The Senior Facilitator will support and lead the delivery of facilitation sessions and workshops, ensuring high-quality engagement and knowledge transfer within an engineering-focused environment.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Assist with facilitation and delivery of workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder engagements. Support the development of facilitation materials and structured workshop agendas. Guide discussions, encourage participation, and ensure workshop outcomes are achieved. Provide feedback, insights, and recommendations based on workshop interactions. Collaborate with teams to ensure alignment between facilitation activities and business objectives.
Requirements
Minimum Qualification Requirements
B Degree in Commerce/HR/Business Management/Industrial Engineering/ IT.
Minimum Experience
* 8 years' experience as a Senior Facilitator within an engineering environment
