Grow here.With our project pipeline continuing to expand, we are seeking senior environmental scientists experienced in environmental chemistry, contaminated land and remediation. Your role as environmental scientist will include working closely with our US teams on large, contaminated land and remediation programmes , while based in South Africa to:Here is what you will do:

• Develop environmental outputs through various stages of the project.
• Analyse geochemical data to determine the extent and type of contamination.
• Prepare detailed reports on site conditions, contamination levels, and remediation efforts.
• Prepare and review technical reports, and other project documentation, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
• Perform specific and limited portions of a broader assignment as an experienced Environmental Scientist.

Here's what we're looking for:

• Proven experience in environmental site assessments, environmental reporting, remediation, and compliance with environmental regulations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly and concisely.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering practical and innovative solutions.
• Being able to work well in a virtual environment.
• Contributing to the team and taking accountability.

Qualifications

• A relevant university degree in environmental science, geology, hydrogeology, chemistry, or environmental engineering.
• Proficiency in using GIS and other environmental assessment tools.
