We are looking for your expertise as a Senior Engineering Director providing guidance on all design, engineering and technical matters, monitoring projects' progress and ensuring compliance with established programmes, procedures and technical accuracy of engineering deliverables. Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the functional head of the Engineering Section, responsible for overall commercial and technical performance.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and established procedures.
• Develop and seek approval for annual manpower and resources budgets.
• Monitor performance to ensure activities are adequately supported and within approved levels.
• Coordinate tender inputs and approve manpower estimates developed by subordinate Engineering Directors, Engineering Managers, and Technical Authorities.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, addressing specific features, clarifying issues, and resolving queries.
• Provide technical expertise to troubleshoot complex engineering problems during the construction stage.
• Investigate opportunities to introduce new or improved methods of electronic automation for Engineering functions, ensuring compatibility with existing systems.

Qualifications and Skills Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering in a related discipline.
• Minimum 20+ years' experience in Oil & Gas Industry, of which at least 09 years in managerial roles.
• Relevant experience with EPC/ EPCI Oil and Gas with FEED/Detailed Engineering Projects.
