We're looking for a results-driven Senior Email Marketing Manager to own and optimize lifecycle automation for a fast-growing beauty brand. You'll design advanced Klaviyo flows, build segmentation systems, and drive measurable retention growth through data-informed experimentation. This role combines technical precision, creative execution, and analytics depth to maximize customer lifetime value.

You will:

Architect multi-branch automation flows that scale across campaigns and triggers. Build predictive segments to personalize offers and drive repeat purchases. Analyze cohort performance, revenue attribution, and deliverability metrics. Collaborate with creative and analytics teams to align brand voice and growth KPIs.

Manage integrations and optimize sender reputation for maximum inbox placement.

Requirements:

5+ years of professional experience in email marketing and retention strategy 3+ years as a Klaviyo power user managing automations and predictive analytics Demonstrated experience with data segmentation and revenue attribution reporting Proven record of optimizing deliverability and sender reputation across campaigns Authorized to work as an independent contractor; remote role aligned to PST hours Reliable wired internet connection (25 Mbps+) with backup option
