Who are we looking for:

An experienced and highly skilled Senior Digital Strategist with a strong background in SEO and creating through-the-line digital strategies. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving our clients' digital success by devising data-informed and innovative strategies that deliver exceptional results.

What will you do:

  • Develop Comprehensive Digital Strategies: Lead the development of through-the-line digital strategies for our clients, ensuring they align with their overall marketing objectives.
  • Utilize your deep understanding of SEO best practices to optimize content and enhance brand visibility across various digital platforms.
  • SEO Expertise: Demonstrate a profound knowledge of SEO principles, techniques, and industry trends. Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and site audits to identify opportunities for organic traffic growth. Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and drive targeted traffic.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Utilise data and analytics to gain valuable insights into consumer behavior, preferences, and trends. Apply these insights to develop effective targeting strategies that resonate with different consumer segments.
  • Collaborative Client Relationships: Build strong and lasting partnerships with clients by effectively communicating digital strategies, campaign progress, and results. Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, to ensure seamless execution of strategies.
  • Innovation and Technology: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to digital marketing, SEO, and content creation. Lead the development and implementation of unique approaches and technologies that enable efficient marketing communication roll-outs.
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting: Implement robust tracking mechanisms to monitor the performance of digital campaigns. Analyse campaign data and produce insightful reports, demonstrating the impact of strategies on clients' business goals.
What do you need:
  • Degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years Proven experience as a Digital Strategist or a similar role, with a focus on SEO and digital marketing.
  • Demonstrated success in creating and executing effective through-the-line digital strategies for diverse clients.
  • Proficiency in SEO tools and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, etc.
  • Strong understanding of digital consumer behavior and data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex digital concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • A strategic mindset with a creative flair, capable of thinking outside the box and generating innovative solutions.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Passion for digital marketing and a commitment to delivering measurable results for clients.
  • An understanding of the advertising and creative industry
