Responsibilities
What we're looking for:
To lead the strategic and creative development of digital-first, motion-led storytelling for PepsiCo brands across social platforms. This role combines hands-on creative execution with leadership responsibilities, including mentoring junior designers, ensuring brand consistency, streamlining workflows, and scaling high-impact, in-house digital content production. The successful candidate will act as a key driver of agile content delivery, shaping the brand's digital presence with innovation, excellence, and cultural relevance.
As a Senior Digital Social Brand Designer you'll be instrumental in elevating PepsiCo's digital content, fostering creative growth, and ensuring our brand expression is as engaging as it is strategic. You'll help define our brands show up in the digital space, deliver meaningful content at scale, and set new benchmarks for visual storytelling within a global design ecosystem.
