Job Description

As a Senior Digital Marketing & eCommerce Executive you will play a key role in driving online growth and brand awareness. Collaborating with the Digital & eCommerce Manager, you will manage various digital channels, including SEO, PPC, affiliate marketing, and email marketing, to enhance visibility and sales. You will also work closely with the Social Specialist to increase online presence through organic and paid social media strategies. Key responsibilities include optimising the e-commerce platform, maintaining the website, developing digital campaigns, and analysing performance metrics to achieve year-on-year sales growth. Key Responsibilities Manage and develop website functionality, usability, and product catalogues. Optimise onsite copy using SEO best practices and keyword research. Collaborate with operations and finance on product strategies and growth opportunities. Develop email and SMS marketing campaigns, including automated flows and customer acquisition strategies. Work with digital partners and agencies to drive online performance. Mentor the wider e-commerce team and support best practice sharing. Attend press/PR events and represent the brand. Conduct competitor analysis and support broader digital marketing initiatives.
Essential Skills & Experience: Strong creative and copywriting skills. Proficiency with analytical tools like Google Analytics. Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Solid understanding of SEO, PPC, and Affiliate Marketing. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Desired Skills: Experience with Adobe software (e.g., Photoshop) is a plus.
