Job Summary:
The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong technical capability and excellent customer service, with notable hands-on experience in the following areas.
Responsibilities:
Windows 11 support, administration, imaging, updates, and patch management Microsoft Intune device enrolment, policy deployment, compliance management, and remote support Active Directory user and group management, OU structure, GPOs, password resets, and account provisioning Networking fundamentals LAN/WAN, DHCP, DNS, VPN connectivity, wireless troubleshooting, and endpoint connectivity issues General end-user support across desktop, laptop, and peripheral environments
Qualifications:
Matric and a tertiary qualification 5years experience es a support engineer Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac OS environments. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory, and remote desktop tools.
