This is an on-site contract role for a Desktop Support Technician located in Ashton. The Desktop Support Technician will be responsible for providing technical support for desktop computers, troubleshooting, printer support, and computer repairs. Daily tasks include diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, maintaining desktop equipment, and ensuring optimal operation of all IT systems.

The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong technical capability and excellent customer service, with notable hands-on experience in the following areas:
Windows 11 - support, administration, imaging, updates, and patch management
Microsoft Intune - device enrolment, policy deployment, compliance management, and remote support
Active Directory - user and group management, OU structure, GPOs, password resets, and account provisioning
Networking fundamentals - LAN/WAN, DHCP, DNS, VPN connectivity, wireless troubleshooting, and endpoint connectivity issues
General end-user support across desktop, laptop, and peripheral environments
