In this role, collaborate to maintain a 24-month rolling forecast, improve forecasting accuracy through statistical analysis, and track performance. Facilitate consensus forecasting meetings, incorporating market insights and historical data. Monitor forecast trends and errors, implement corrective actions, and align on budget demand plans. Oversee supply planning and inventory management, manage discontinued items, support new product launches, and drive process enhancements for improved performance.
The incumbent will be reporting into Supply Chain Manager.
Job experience and Skills Required:
- Bachelors - Supply Chain, Logistics and/or Business management
- Preferably, 5 years of experience in Demand Planning, including replenishment forecasting.
- Experience in the FMCG/Pharmaceutical industries is essential.
- Strong knowledge of exports/imports is essential.
