Senior Data Specialist- Insights and Analytics- EM
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical data specialist to support our team by developing regular reports, tracking key performance indicators, and uncovering actionable insights from sales data.
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
xc2xb7 Ensure ongoing support of EM (Emerging Market) Wholesale Commercial Sales and Brand Teams by providing them with tools, reports and insights that help to drive profitable market share growth

• Build and create cutting edge analytics services to all Hub and Cluster stakeholders, enabling them to take quantitatively based decisions
• Act as local centre of expertise within WHS for all analytics related topics and drive the implementation and adoption of analytics tools across the organization across multiple data sources including but not limited to sell-in and sell-out data
• Track key performance indicators and uncover actionable insights from the sales data. Analyze sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to provide data-driven insights that support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
xc2xb7 Design and build best in class dashboards within Power BI to be utilized by sales teams spanning across both sell-in and sell-out data
xc2xb7 Provide relevant insights and recommendations on performance trends and highlight key wins, opportunities and challenges
xc2xb7 Ensure adoption and usage of analytics tools by the sales teams
xc2xb7 Ensure data accuracy across systems through due diligent foundation checks

• Support the process around onboarding new accounts to automated data sharing tools
• Monitor the performance of strategic initiatives (key commercial moments, campaigns)

• Market: BI / DNA, Brand (CTC and BU's), Commercial, Finance, Sales Development, Digital Sales Solutions
• Cluster & Regions: Commercial, Sales Coordination, Analytics

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
xc2xb7 Understanding of Finance and Sales data

• Strong analytical skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• BI visualization tools (Power BI) experience
• High level of attention to detail and quality
• Independent, logical and proactive thinker
• Commercially driven

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business with Sales / Marketing focus
• 3-5 years of professional work experience in data & analytics (reporting and insights)
• Previous industry experience including sporting goods, fashion, FMCG
• Cross-functional experience ideally with Commercial, Finance, Sales Development
