- At least 4-8 years' experience on a dairy farm
- Dairy management experience
- Great stockmanship
- Pasture management experience
- Ability to motivate and work with a team
- Strong record of management skills
- Computer Literate
- Maintenance orientated
- Must have basic building knowledge
- Valid driver's license
- Valid passport
