Our client in the Consulting Industry requires the appointment of a Senior D365 Customer Engagement Customer Service Consultant for a period of Seven (7) months with the following experience:

The consultant needs to know how to implement the DYNAMIC 365 system for the Customer Service Module.

  • Certifications in Dynamics 365 for Customer Service
  • A highly experienced professional responsible for implementing and optimizing customer service solutions within the D365 CE platform
  • This role is critical for organizations aiming to enhance customer satisfaction, streamline service operations, and improve overall customer experience

  • 3-5 years working experience on D365 Customer Engagements.
  • Proficiency in configuring Customer Service modules, setting up case routing rules, SLAs, entitlements, and customer portal configurations within D365 CE.
  • In-depth understanding of D365 CE Customer Service modules, features, and capabilities, including Case Management, Knowledge Base, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and Customer Portals.
  • Strong background in customer service principles, including case management, ticketing systems, knowledge management, and customer communication best practices.
