Job Description
Senior Customer Service Specialist needed for busy wholesale bakery.
Must have -
10 years relevant working experience, preferably in the Food/ Hospitality Industry
Excellent telephonic manner in English and Afrikaans/ Xhosa
Excellent customer service and inter-personal skills
Excellent computer skills with quick error free processing
Attention to detail
Job includes - dealing with customer complaints, processing orders, offering customers product advice and guidance, upselling, problem solving, occasionally visiting clients.
