If you are an experienced Crop farm manager with the relevant knowledge and skills and 'ownership' mentality this senior position could be for you.?
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Agricultural Diploma / Degree advantageous. Min of 5-8 years relevant field farming/farm management experience. Proven experience with Maize, Soya & winter Canola. Previous experience with livestock advantageous. Maintenance and mechanically orientated. Computer Literate. Ability to lead and work with a team. Strong leadership skills. Proven ability to work independently. Strong communication skills. Valid driver's license.
