Agricultural Diploma/Degree Minimum 8 years management experience in agriculture Proven experience with maize, soya & sorghum advantageous Proven experience working with large combine harvesters and planting equipmentessential Ability to lead and work with a team Computer literate Ability to lead and work with a team Strong verbal and written communication skills Maintenance and mechanically orientated Valid driver's license
