We are a multi-award-winning WPP agency with offices in Cape Town and Johannesburg. We operate as a small, agile team of highly skilled professionals. Efficiency, multi-disciplinary skillsets, and a culture of collaboration are at our core.

We're looking for a visionary Creative Director or ECD who's not only a great leader but also a hands-on designer with a strong portfolio of big brand and integrated campaign work. You'll thrive in a multi-skilled team environment, bringing strategic thinking, conceptual excellence, and an understanding of modern creative workflows that embrace AI tools for efficiency and innovation.

Role Summary and Impact

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and inspire creative teams across content, design, and motion. Work hands-on in the creation of brand campaigns, design systems, and digital experiences. Collaborate closely with digital leads, strategists, copywriters, and motion designers. Embrace AI tools to improve productivity and elevate creative output. Present ideas confidently to both internal teams and clients. Maintain creative excellence across all deliverables.
Skills and Experience

10+ years' experience in agency environments with recognised brands. Strong design and conceptual background. Ability to direct and also contribute hands-on to design execution. Understanding of content, media and digital platforms. Proven track record in leading campaigns from concept through to execution. Familiarity with AI-powered design tools and workflows. Based in Cape Town or Johannesburg.
