The Strategic Relations team seeks an experienced Coordinator passionate about enhancing team performance. This role involves strong execution and strategical planning of activities related to Harambee's duties in the Presidential Youth Employment Intervention (PYEI).

JOB DESCRIPTION
Coordinate the planning, execution, and monitoring of multiple projects and activities with multiple stakeholders.
Funder Management, with exposure to government funds being beneficial.
Ensure governance requirements are met and manage document repositories across key stakeholders.
Organise and participate in meetings, workshops, and events related to initiatives.
Proactively synthesise insights from partner engagements to enhance impact for stakeholders.
Monitor and report on the progress of projects and activities, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
Support data collection, analysis, and reporting to inform decision-making and improve project outcomes.
Maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders and partners to ensure effective collaboration and engagement.
Perform other duties as assigned by the NPMN Programme Manager to deliver results.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Matric / Grade 12 or Relevant Certificates. Post-matric qualification in relevant fields (e.g.,Project Management, Business Administration, Social Sciences) will be advantageous.
Minimum 5 years' experience in project management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot, Power BI etc.) will be advantageous.
Work experience in the development sector will be advantageous.
Depth of knowledge of youth employment initiatives will be advantageous.
Strong command of dynamics in the South African labour market will be advantageous.
