Job Description

The Senior Coordinator - Panel Management supports the Head of Panel Management in executing day-to-day operations for South Africa's official TV audience measurement panel. This role focuses on panel recruitment, installation, maintenance, retention, and quality control, ensuring compliance with internal standards, POPIA regulations, and operational SLAs. The position is critical for maintaining panel health and representativeness, which underpins the reliability of the TV audience currency.

Key Responsibilities




1) Panel Recruitment & Installation: Coordinate panel recruitment campaigns and ensure demographic targets are met; schedule and oversee installation of metering equipment; ensure POPIA compliance.



2) Panel Maintenance & Retention: Monitor panel health KPIs; execute retention programs and incentive schemes; maintain accurate records of household status.



3) Quality Control & Compliance: Conduct QC checks on installed meters and household compliance; support audits and ensure adherence to internal GfK guidelines; document operational activities.



4) Vendor & Fieldwork Coordination: Liaise with fieldwork agencies and installation teams to ensure SLA compliance; track performance and escalate issues.



5) Reporting & Documentation: Prepare panel health reports and operational dashboards; maintain accurate documentation for governance and audit purposes.

Qualifications & Experience




3-5 years in panel operations, field coordination, or audience measurement. Knowledge of South African demographics, client governance, and TV ecosystem. Familiarity with metering technologies and panel methodologies. Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to manage multiple tasks.
