For more information about the role please contact the recruiter.Key Requirements:To be successful in this role we are looking for someone with a strong background in Compliance, Legal, Finance, Auditing or Similar backgrounds, with ideally 8-10 years of demonstrated experience (preferrable in multinational logistics organisations), In addition to the core experience a successful person will be able to demonstrate:xc2xb7 Sound Business Acumen and Awareness of the impact of compliancexc2xb7 Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization and work cross-culturallyxc2xb7 Proven ability to influence and negotiate, and experience in leading investigations or auditsxc2xb7 Ability to coach and guide othersxc2xb7 High levels of professional integrity and ethicsxc2xb7 Attention to detail, good planning skills and an awareness of the need to store, manage and disseminate information effectively.DHL is an equal opportunity employer.
