Senior Commercial Interior Designer for Design Firm based in Johannesburg A Design, Development and Construction Firm based in Johannesburg is looking for a Senior Commercial Interior Designer to run and manager their Interior Design Division. Description:

- Commercial projects
- Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree or other tertiary qualification in Interior Design, Architecture or related discipline
- At least 5-10 years experience in Corporate and Interior Design experience
- Proficiency in Revit
- Strong conceptual skills and a flair for creativity
- Ability to communicate design ideas and direction efficiently
- Strong client presentation skills
- Highly organised with a keen eye for detail
- Demonstrate commitment to excellence in design & design execution
- Demonstrate advanced understanding of the architectural design process and integration of interior architecture with the ability to develop interior design element components
- Required to manage own multiple complex projects through all phases from proposal through to construction
- Ability to manage and guide Interior Design Team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Build positive client relationships
- Own car and license
- Ability to travel for projects
- Ability work well under pressure, meet tight deadlines and work overtime when necessary!
