Senior Clerk - Cape Town
The TES employee(s) will be responsible for the following function / work:
1. Monthly reporting collating and verifying information and reports submitted by GIA recipients
2. Management of the GIA event tracking calendar
3.General administration which includes but is not limited to: filing, printing, scheduling meetings and stakeholder sessions, compiling and distributing agendas and minutes, booking venues and transport
4. Updating and maintaining the GIA database
5. GIA stakeholder and beneficiary liaison
6. Data verification
7. Sharepoint capturing and uploading
The TES employee(s) must meet the following requirements:
Qualification: Minimum Matric, any additional certificates from a recognised tertiary institution will be advantageous
Experience: At least 5-7 years administration experience
Other skills /requirements (Specify)
1. Experience in Grants-in-Aid Administration and Support
2. Knowledge of the Arts, Culture and Creative Sector
3.At least 1 years work experience specific to Arts, Culture and Heritage administration and support in government sector.
