Job Description
Our client is looking to appoint a Senior Finance Clerk within their Bloemfontein branch. This is a temporary position for six months.
- Accounting / Bookkeeping qualification will be advantageous
- Min 2 years of clerical experience in an accounting environment
- Urgent payments and claims processing
- Creditors Age Analysis
- Payments and bank reconciliation
- Expenditure books of accounts
- Customer Invoices and statements
- Deposits
- Supplier invoices and expenditure payments
- Creditors reconciliations
- Ex-Gratia claims
- ABSA Cashfocus processing
- Petty Cash
- Credit Card reconciliations
- SYSPRO capturing
- Loan Applications
- Loan Payments
- Office Support applications
