Job Summary
This SENIOR CHEF DE PARTIE opportunity is ideally suited to candidates wanting to join a new team under one of SA's most highly celebrated Chefs. After opening several successful restaurants in SA, this well-known chef is opening another outlet in this trendy boutique hotel. We are ideally looking for skilled and talented young chefs with experience more in fine dining RESTAURANTS and WINE ESTATES than hotels to become a perfect fit within a skilled team of chefs.
REQUIREMENTS:
Recognised Cheffing Qualification
Minimum 3 year experience within a la carte fine dining.
Ability to engineer menu's and create daily changing 3 course meals for evening service
Friendly and outgoing personality with excellent communication skills to liaise with guests directly
Must be PASSIONATE about food and excited about your cheffing career
Knowledge and skill of food and wine pairing
