We are seeking a strategic and commercially driven Senior Buyer to join our dynamic retail buying team. The ideal candidate will bring strong category management skills, a sharp eye for product trends, and a deep understanding of the end-to-end buying process.
As a Senior Buyer, you will play a key role in shaping the merchandise strategy, identifying sales opportunities, and partnering with suppliers to source and deliver the right product mix to meet customer expectations and achieve financial targets.
The role requires a deep understanding of both physical store dynamics and e-commerce trends, ensuring that the product assortment is tailored to meet the needs of customers across multiple sales channels.

• A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in buying, purchasing, or merchandising within the retail industry, preferably in toys or a related category.
• Experience managing a product assortment for both brick-and-mortar stores and online platforms.
• Proven track record of driving sales growth and profitability through strategic product selection.
• Experience working with suppliers and negotiating contracts at a senior level
