A leading technology-driven organisation is seeking a

Senior Business / Systems Analyst

to join their Stellenbosch team. This is a

highly collaborative

role suited to a senior professional who can contribute meaningfully to

business strategy and direction

, not just take requirements.



The ideal candidate will have a

financial services background

(credit, lending, banking, or insurance) and a solid grasp of

technical concepts

such as integrations, database design, and service-oriented architecture. You should be comfortable working with tools like

Swagger

and

Postman

, and have a good understanding of

data modelling

,

master data

, and

report design

principles.

Requirements

Key Requirements:

5+ years' experience as a Business or Systems Analyst Strong understanding of integration and API concepts Experience creating

Functional and Business Requirement Specifications

(UML preferred) Skilled in

test case design

and

UAT documentation

Familiar with

Agile

and

Waterfall

methodologies (BABOK certification advantageous) Excellent communication, analytical, and collaboration skills
