Job Description


Responsible for our key clients, to retain and grow our existing business and deliver on our retention and sales growth strategy for Sub-Saharan Africa trade lane. Develop Africa's growth within cross trade and ocean development into and out of Africa.

Requirements:

  • Matric
  • Sales / Marketing / Supply Chain or Logistics Management Qualification (Advantageous)
  • Office 365
  • MS Dynamics or Sales Force
  • Proven track record in new business sales, working towards and meeting sales growth targets
  • Between 5-10 yearsxe2x80x99 relevant experience within the Mining/Agriculture/Oil & Gas /Automotive/Renewable Energy logistics/supply chain industry within Sub-Saharan Africa
  • Excellent negotiation skills xe2x80x93 proven ability to close deals
  • Proven track record in responding to tenders in a procurement environment
  • Understanding of buying rates for Air and Sea Freight (Pricing capabilities)
  • Able to travel nationally/regionally and internationally
