Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with a strong background in Intelligent Automation, including experience in robotic process automation (RPA) and cognitive automation solutions. The ideal candidate should also possess process improvement skills and preferably come from an insurance or financial services background.
This role is hybrid and the Analyst will collaborate with internal business areas to identify, analyse and implement performance improvement opportunities through automation solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and assess opportunities for automation (RPA and cognitive).
• Engage with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into functional automation specifications.
• Perform process mapping, analysis, and redesign for automation suitability.
• Work closely with solution architects, developers, and testers to deliver automation solutions.
• Support solution design using tools like Power Automate, Workfusion, AWS, and Microsoft Azure.
• Track and measure performance improvements post-implementation.
• Facilitate workshops, document user stories, and support testing phases.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
• 3-5 years' experience in Business Analysis.
• Prior experience working with robotic automation and cognitive automation tools.
• Strong exposure to process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen).
• Experience in the insurance or financial services sector is highly advantageous.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Automate, Workfusion, Microsoft Azure, and AWS.
• Ability to map, analyse, and improve business processes using tools like Visio, Lucidchart, or similar.
