Role Summary:

You will drive the requirements gathering, process optimization, and stakeholder collaboration for our

Core Platform

, which supports multiple products and services across the organization. This role involves close interaction with engineering, product, and DevOps teams to ensure seamless integration of backend, frontend, and cloud components.

Core System Environment:

The platform is built on

AWS cloud infrastructure

and includes:

Backend microservices:

Python, Node.js, AWS Lambda

Event-driven components:

SNS, SQS

Data storage & processing:

DynamoDB, Step Functions

Frontend integration:

React applications consuming APIs

Platform orchestration:

Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines

Key Responsibilities:

Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and technical requirements Translate business needs into user stories and workflows for development teams Collaborate with engineering, product, and DevOps squads to define platform needs Drive process improvement, automation, and platform efficiency Support UAT, testing, and ensure accurate implementation of requirements Maintain Agile/SAFe best practices, sprint planning, and backlog management

Required Skills & Experience:

7-10 years of business analysis experience, preferably in software or cloud-based systems Strong understanding of

AWS services

and

microservices architecture

Experience working with

Python, Node.js, React

, and DevOps tools Hands-on experience in

Agile/Scrum/SAFe

environments Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills
