  • Technical: Minimum of 7 years' hands-on experience specifically with MS SQL Server development.
  • Technical: Minimum of 7 years' hands-on experience specifically with MS SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) and/or Azure Data Factory (ADF).
  • Technical: Proven, extensive experience in data warehousing concepts, design, and implementation (e.g., dimensional modeling, ETL architecture).
  • Technical: Strong proficiency in programming (especially T-SQL), complex problem-solving, and data analysis techniques.
  • Technical: Demonstrable knowledge and understanding of healthcare data structures and nuances.
  • Professional: A Degree or Advanced Diploma (NQF Level 7 or higher) in Software Development, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field.
  • Professional: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interface with technical peers, business users, and management.
  • Professional: High degree of self-reliance, initiative, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
