As a Senior Backend Developer with our client, you will play a crucial role in developing, designing, and implementing complex or modified applications and systems software. You will be responsible for the full software development cycle, from conception to development. Responsibilities:

• Understand product goals and strategy, and communicate with stakeholders to define requirements
• Research, design, and implement enterprise and business architecture
• Develop critical components of the overall solution
• Design and code medium to large and/or complex systems
• Test, correct, and document new and amended software components
• Assist with task allocation and mentor less experienced developers
• Participate in code reviews and analyze business processes for potential improvements
• Document and support deployed software components
• Act as a point of contact for technical issues and monitor service levels
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality targets

• Strong knowledge of the regulatory, risk, and compliance environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information effectively
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Solid interpersonal skills and the ability to work with different levels in the organization
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in related software development and collaboration tools
• Familiarity with standard methodologies in software development
• Interest in new technology and emerging engineering practices
• Full grasp of the software development process
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent
• Relevant certifications and coding experience in PL/SQL, Analytical queries, JQuery, Bootstrap, HTML, PHP, C#, JavaScript (Node.js), AWS, or Postgres
