Introduction/Our client A worldxe2x80x99s trusted infrastructure consulting company firm, partners with clients to solve the worldxe2x80x99s most complex challenges and build legacies. In the aviation space we are looking for a young designer/engineer specializing in aviation. Specifically geometric design and drainage related to airfields, aprons, taxiways, runways, and associated elements Duties/Responsibilities

• Lead a team, sub discipline, key client group or mid-large projects.
• Functional Area: Management or Technical Co-ordinates and provides technical management for mid-large size projects
• Manages technical client relationships and plays a major role in selling Manages discipline department staff
• Leads technical business development work Provides specialised technical input to studies and design for staff's specific area of expertise
• Approves and signs off on work Leads in one or more areas of technology
• Provides estimates for the engineering budget and schedule and oversees technical resources to meet requirements on large, complex projects

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor of Science or Engineering from an accredited University/Master of Science / Engineering.
• 12+ Years' experience after obtainment of Qualification of which 3+ years should be in a supervisory role
• Professionally registered as an Engineer with ECSA or relevant professional body
• Must have previous highway design experience and is expected to have experience in managing senior engineers
• Expected to be able to check designs and supervise
• Civil3D, Civil Designer, BIM360, Roadmate, TechnoCAD and Revit

Job Type: Full-time Pay: R100,000.00 per month Application Question(s):

• Are you a Professional Engineer not a Technologist? (Technologists will not be considered)
• Do you have a minimum of proven 12+ years experience, of which 3 years need to be in a leadership/supervisory role (any less and application will not be consiered)
• Do you have the following software: Civil3D, 12D, Open road, Roadmate, Revit, TechnoCAD? (You should have at least 2 of these in order to qualify)
