Senior Associate - Corporate Commercial M&A - Boutique Law Firm - Sandton
Our client, a boutique Law firm in Melrose Arch has an opportunity for a Senior Commercial Associate to join their dynamic commercial team.
Key areas of responsibility include:
- Mergers and Acquisitions, including in relation to listed companies, JSE Listings.
- Drafting commercial contracts and legal opinions.
- General corporate work.
- Due Diligence.
- Must be well organized and conscientious.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong commercial drafting skills.
- Display attention to detail Good interpersonal skills.
- Maintain confidentiality.
- Reliability and self-motivation very important.
- 3 - 5 years post-articles relevant experience.
- Proven track record of having worked on transactions/projects as per the above "Key areas of responsibilityxe2x80x9d.
- LLB degree.
- Must be an admitted attorney in South Africa.
