Associate Attorney Corporate Commercial M&A - Pretoria (Centurion)
Our client is a focused boutique law firm that provides top-tier legal services to companies and international corporate clients. Our client is a leading corporate commercial law firm in South Africa with offices in Pretoria and Stellenbosch.
Our client is looking for a young dynamic lawyer to join their Corporate Commercial M&A team in Pretoria (Centurion).
This is the ideal opportunity for a young attorney who is eager to pursue a career in:
- Corporate restructuring;
- Legal due diligence;
- Mergers and acquisitions;
- Dispute resolution (20% of the spin-off)
- The process of Section 22 Applications;
- Advising on corporate commercial transactions and contracts;
- Drafting of agreements and corporate documents;
- Advising on cross-border transactions.
- Excellent drafting skills;
- Eager to learn and pursue career in Corporate Commercial Law;
- Team player;
- Strong academic record and a creative thinker;
- Driven by professional growth.
- BCom Law degree (beneficial).
- Article clerk that wishes to cede their articles or pursue a career in Corporate Commercial Law.
- Attorney up to 3 years PQE.
- Outstanding academic record.
- Please include academic transcript.
- Market related and negotiable.
