Job Description


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to identify and target potential clients within the target market segments.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads through networking, cold calling, email outreach, and other lead generation activities.
  • Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders, understanding their needs and pain points to position our services effectively.
  • Lead presentations, pitches, and demonstrations to showcase our value proposition and secure new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and client services, to develop customized solutions and proposals that meet client requirements.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of service agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes for both the client and the company.
  • Track and report on sales metrics, pipeline activity, and client engagement efforts, providing regular updates to management on progress and results.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or client management roles, with a demonstrated track record of success in acquiring and retaining clients.
  • Proven ability to identify and cultivate leads, build relationships, and close deals in a competitive sales environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and solutions to diverse audiences.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a focus on delivering value and building long-term relationships with clients.
  • Highly motivated and results-driven, with a proactive approach to achieving targets and exceeding expectations.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office suite, and other relevant sales and marketing tools.
