Job Summary Senior Architect / Interior Designer - Luxury Restaurant Group | Cape Town Salary: R100,000 Negotiable DOE Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Senior Architect / Interior Designer to join a luxury restaurant group in Cape Town. This role requires a creative professional with strong technical expertise and a flair for designing high-end hospitality spaces. Key Responsibilities: Lead the architectural and interior design process for new and existing restaurant projects Develop and present design concepts, layouts, and technical drawings Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure design vision aligns with brand identity Oversee project execution from concept to completion, including site inspections Manage supplier and contractor relationships to ensure quality standards are met Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and innovative design solutions Ensure compliance with building regulations, safety standards, and company policies Requirements: Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field Proven experience in a senior architectural or interior design role, ideally within hospitality or luxury projects Strong portfolio showcasing high-end design work Excellent knowledge of design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Suite) Exceptional project management and leadership skills Creative vision combined with technical accuracy and attention to detail Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously This is an outstanding opportunity for a visionary architect or interior designer to join a prestigious restaurant group and shape exceptional spaces in Cape Town.
