As an Application Developer, you'll be at the forefront of designing, building, testing, and implementing applications that define the future of technology. Your expertise will drive the achievement of business outcomes while amplifying efficiency through the power of technology.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Masterful Coding & Problem Solving:
• Prepare specialized code to meet product definitions and drive application development. Through meticulous testing and continuous improvement, you'll diminish operational risks and elevate application quality.
• Ensure Reliability & Support:
• Your role will be instrumental in ensuring uninterrupted functionality and performance.
• Mentorship & Expertise:
• As a senior member of the team, you'll guide junior developers through mentoring and training.
• Technical Strengths & Collaborative Genius:
• You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, business analysts, and IT professionals, to ensure solutions meet client standards and align with strategic enterprise architecture.

Educational Requirements:

• Matric / Grade 12
• BSc Software Development / Software Engineering
• Additional relevant IT Development certification would be advantageous.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Full software development lifecycle experience.
• Proficiency in architecture solutions with demanding non-functional requirements.
• Extensive development experience
• Mastery of object-oriented design and integration patterns. (OOP Essential)
• Solid knowledge of software methodologies and technology standards.

Back-End (Minimum):
C#, Web API, MVC, ASP.NET, RDBMS (MS SQL, MongoDB).

Front-End (Minimum):
HTML, JavaScript (Ajax, jQuery), CSS, JSON/XML.
Front-End (Bonus):
Responsive UI, CSS Pre-processors, HTML5 APIs, Website performance optimization.

Additional Advantageous Skills:

• Familiarity with open-source projects and components.
• Agile environment exposure.
• SOA architectures and service bus experience.
• Expertise in web technologies like Angular.
• Database design prowess (SQL, MongoDB).
• Enterprise architecture comprehension.
