JOB DESCRIPTION:
To support the International Affairs and Partnerships strategy, the University of Fort Hare seeks to appoint a dynamic, decisive, and knowledgeable person for the position of Senior Administrator. The primary responsibilities of the Senior Administrator are to provide financial, administrative, confidential document administration, and systems related duties for senior institutional leadership.
Reporting directly to the Director: International Affairs and Partnerships, the incumbent will provide administrative support to the Director. The support covers a wide range of administrative tasks that include managing incoming documents, emails and phone calls, scheduling meetings, writing minutes of meetings, making travel arrangements, making accommodation bookings, processing procurement requisitions, compiling information for institutional reports, organizing institutional events and coordinating activities or projects undertaken by the Director's Office.
